![]() ![]() Tell ya what, i'm heading down on sunday for a week, will post back after i pay more attention and ride a couple of other boards to compare it too. I can see where you're coming from tho, but then i dont have a "front or back foot" i ride duck, and have no preference to a dominant foot (not natural or goofy) so to me, i dont really think too much about it too much (the turn init). To be honest, i didnt find it all THAT hard, mainly because my favourite ever ride was an old 163 barfoot, which had about the same waist width (and same length, it was measured in a different manner to current day manufacturing standards). Ps.anyone ever ridden a Burton twin? interested to hear how it rides. Very popular board, not good if you want to be original! Pros: Excellent board for any level rider, a claim from Burton is that its an all mountain go anywhere board I couldnt agree more.Ĭons: Expensive at $800-$1000AUD. Board rated as a midflex but I felt it to be much more stiffer than claimed. The binding holes are setback 25mm which I didnt like and the even though Burton claims the three hole pattern allows more stance options, in my opinion it doesnt (allows 1/2 inch increments only). Starting to get into park riding more so 162 abit long for my liking. Held extremely well on faster speeds, rarely ever chattered. We cant always belive the mumbo jumbo the companies post so throw in what you think and your experience with your board or boards you have ridden.Īn Excellent board for all conditions, I noticed how well it performed on hard packed ice and is great to learn on. Probably good to throw in a little review of your current snowboard as well for people wanting to buy a certain brand/type/length. ![]()
